A 2 hour 43 minute rain delay has the Yankees game only now at 11:55 pm entering the bottom of the 6th. My wife got her shows in and I get to watch the Yanks. A rare treat indeed.
Meanwhile, Mark Buehrle threw a perfect game today. I saw that it was only the 18th in baseball history. He seems to be a good guy too. A real baseball player's baseball player if you know what I mean.
Also just saw Jeter is .434 against lefties. Has there been a more polished and universally respected athlete in the last 20 years? Have you ever heard a story where Jeter was the bad guy? I haven't.
