My wife and I are buying our first home. It is a roller coaster ride of an experience, of which I will share in the adventure from time to time. The first issue I have, one that is close to my heart, do I go with cable, satellite, or FiOs?
I have had cable for 98% of my life and there are good and bad points. I had satellite for a couple months and had mixed results. I have also heard mixed reviews of FiOs. So there is no perfect solution. No right answer.
Important factors are - number of HD channels and DVR quality, price and do I feel like I am getting a deal, does it have YES, reliability of signal, quality of service, and do I have to purchase equipment?
The investigation begins! (Move in date is the end of August)
