Just so you don't think I take this sort of thing seriously, we weren't planning on moving until next weekend. I had Comcast set up to arrive Friday before I got home from work. It would have been seemless. But, we were to efficient in our move and got in right away. So I called Comcast and they moved me up till Wednesday.
The project of making the finished basement into my little slice of heaven has begun. I want to build a bar. I have never built anything ever. My idea of working with my hands is playing Madden. But I think it could be fun to try to make something. Think dark wood, brass rails, swivel chairs...when I think about it the me in my head has a cigar in his/my hand.
Until Wednesday I will be on radio silence for TV news lest I be spoiled. I will get by on DVDs. I have Firefly to get to but I find myself being pulled into a Star Wars marathon to test the metal of my speakers setup. TK4271, why aren't you at your post?
