HBO is...

This past week was the best HBO Sunday of the summer. We are getting down to the nitty gritty and the boys are on point.

True Blood finally brought Sa Sa Sa Sookie and the Vamps back to Bon Temps just in time for the whole town to go hilariously militarily evil. Only downside...the episode was a little lite on eric. But Jason and the drunk sheriff were a classic comedy duo. The scarier and more evil the show gets, the more I enjoy and need the humor.

On Entourage, it was all about Bob Sagat. Is there a better cameo out there? Is he a parody of himself or is this really what he is? I think we are supposed to think it is a parody but the joke is that he is really a sick bastard. All the Sagat scenes in the history of the show are classic. "Any of you dudes play X-Box?" And I want Drama and E to crush their opponents.

Hung gets better and better week after week. The sad bastards are still sad but more and more likeable. The last scene in the tent was the best of the series so far. Pass a can of the Beast.
