Hello, world? Are you out there? I have been coming into work early this week in part so I can plug into the web a little. One more day to go.
Actually Comcast has responded to my post and are seeing if they can bump up the installation. I have nothing but praise for the customer service I have gotten from them. The people I have dealt with were all polite, professional, and most importantly, helpful.
Speaking of customer service, we had an odyssey at Home Depot yesterday buying a washer and dryer...all because I stubbornly wanted a gas dryer.
