The machine knows...

This article makes me feel good in that I am not the only one but it also puts pressure on for me to keep up. 8 hours a day is some serious TV watching, America. Now wonder we are obese.

    The Economist rules. My brother turned me on to it. I listen to a lot of there podcasts as well. Some great insight.
